THROUGH THE YEARS

On Monday 3rd December 2018. The Marske Fishermen’s Choir received a personal thanks from the Mayor of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Councillor Dennis Teasdale for their 50 years of service to the community.


A cake, baked by the Mayors wife was presented to the choir and cut by the wives of the two longest serving members present. Joan Russell and Janet Palmer.

A speech of thanks was given to the Mayor by musical director Bill Porritt.
